Facilities Engineer at Pilkington in Luckey, OH

FACILITIES ENGINEER Key Responsibilities: • Manage engineering projects from concept through installation using internal and external resources. • Support production and maintenance teams with process improvements and equipment reliability. • Maintain and update mechanical/site drawings using AutoCAD. • Provide technical support for plant facilities, cranes, compressors, utilities, buildings, roadways, and related equipment. • Assist with root cause analysis, contractor safety, and project prioritization. • Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. • Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, purchasing, and management teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required. • Project management experience preferred. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and support multiple plant priorities. • Maintenance or manufacturing environment experience preferred.
