The Role

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce programmes and projects across our client portfolio.

This is a senior role focused on delivery structure, oversight, and performance management. You will ensure that projects are well-controlled, aligned to objectives, and delivered consistently to a high standard, while providing clear visibility to clients and internal leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee delivery across multiple Salesforce engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budgets
• Establish and maintain clear delivery structures, reporting, and controls
• Lead programme-level planning, forecasting, and resource coordination
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and financial performance
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges
• Ensure consistency in delivery standards, documentation, and ways of working
• Work closely with Solution Architects and functional leads to align design and execution
• Provide regular, structured updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices across Phoenix

What We’re Looking For

Core Experience

• Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Programme Manager, or Senior Project Manager role within a consulting environment
• Strong track record delivering Salesforce programmes or complex technology projects
• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams and teams
• Strong financial awareness, including budget tracking, forecasting, and commercial oversight
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at senior client levels
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) or Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Salesforce-related credentials
• Experience improving delivery frameworks or internal ways of working
