Job Description
Intern for PCNO - Planning & Foreign Embassy
Location: Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for budget tracking, performance monitoring, and management reporting, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Support departmental reporting through the coordination and consolidation of inputs for both inter and intra department perusal.
- Assist in departmental planning, budgeting, workplan tracking, and monthly management meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external events, stakeholder engagements, and official visits.
- Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials, and stakeholder engagement documentation.
- Support the execution of departmental projects and strategic initiatives.
