Intern for Chemical Engineering, PETRONAS… at PETRONAS · Terengganu

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns.

• Assist in executing the Energy and Loss Management System (ELMS) by monitoring and reporting plant energy performance.
• Compile and submit monthly energy consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reports.
• Maintain and update tracking systems for energy reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Support data entry, procedure documentation, and record management related to energy and GHG performance.
• Coordinate internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities related to energy efficiency and GHG management.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the Baseline Mandatory Audit under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024.
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation required for energy audits and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in identifying energy-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant energy performance.
