Why This Role Stands Out
- Your schedule, your way: Part-time and full-time options are both available.
- Hybrid friendly: Schedules that combine on-site and virtual services will be considered.

Why You Will Love Working With PDS
- Summers & holidays off: Follow the school calendar and enjoy real time to recharge.
- Flexible pay options: Customized agreements – 1099 or W2 and more! Let us build a package that works for you.
- Mentorship program: Real support from experienced educators whenever you need it.
- Fingerprinting reimbursement: We cover the cost of your background check.
- Certification help: Need help with your Georgia certification? We will walk you through it.
- W2 benefits: Health, dental & vision insurance with company contribution, plus IRA with company match (benefits available at 30+ hours per week).
What You Will Do
- Evaluate students' needs, including functional vision and learning media assessments (TVI) or communication and listening assessments (DHH).
- Write and carry out IEP goals for each student on your caseload, and take part in IEP meetings.
- Teach specialized skills such as braille, assistive technology, listening and self-advocacy skills, and use of hearing technology.
