Social Media Content Specialist at PCWORX IT Solutions Inc. in Cubao

• Develop and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars for Facebook and TikTok, ensuring consistent and timely content publication.
• Plan and execute engaging, brand-aligned content strategies that support marketing objectives, promotional campaigns, and target audience needs.
• Oversee the creation and management of Facebook content, including product promotions, educational posts, announcements, and community engagement materials.
• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats to develop relevant short-form videos, scripts, captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative resources to ensure the timely production of high-quality social media assets.
• Review and approve social media content, captions, and creative materials to ensure accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to develop and execute social media content for product launches, sales promotions, payday campaigns, and seasonal events.
• Develop and implement content initiatives that increase social media reach, engagement, audience growth, and traffic to PCWORX's website, online store, and marketplace channels.
• Monitor social media trends and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and test new formats to optimize views and engagement.
• Support live selling, social commerce initiatives, and other digital marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and contribute to e-commerce sales objectives.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce content development.
• Hands-on experience in developing engaging digital content, planning social media campaigns, and executing promotional activities.
• Proficient in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and TikTok, with exposure to e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce campaigns, product launches, payday sales, seasonal promotions, and other online marketing initiatives.
• Willing to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, Quezon City.
