Digital Marketing Associate at Parsnipp in New York, NY

About Us

Parsnipp is an AI Search Marketing company that helps brands build, manage, and optimize their GEO / AEO, LLM Advertising, & Agentic Commerce strategies to build high-converting programs across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

The founding team has been in this space as operators, not observers. We know the problems because we've lived them, and now we're building the future for marketers.

We're early, funded, and moving fast.

The Role

This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be working with customers directly, and in the ad platforms every day — building, QA'ing, reading the data, and making the calls. Not a coordinator, not a planner, not a slide-builder.

You'll work with the entire GTM team across a portfolio of clients in very different industries. There's no handoff layer: the person who builds the campaign is the person who owns its performance and the person on the client call explaining it.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to run paid media well and wants more surface area — more channels, more client ownership, more say in how the work gets done. GEO and AI search are a real part of what we do, and that's still new enough that nobody has five years in it. If you're strong on the fundamentals and curious about where search is going, you'll pick it up fast here.

On any given week, you might be:

• Building, QA'ing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
• Owning client performance against CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and full-funnel metrics — and knowing what to change when the numbers move
• Running keyword research, audience development, and creative testing
• Implementing SEO and GEO strategies to improve client visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search
• Designing and running A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and offers
• Validating tracking and analytics in GA4, GTM, and the ad platforms
• Building reports people actually read, and presenting them on weekly client calls
• Digging into competitive and channel research to find openings clients are missing
• Contributing to strategy discussions — we want your read on the account, not just your execution

What We're Looking For

You've spent a few years doing this work in an environment where results were visible and the pace was quick. You have opinions about what works, and you can back them up with what you've actually run.

You're likely a fit if:

• You have 1-3 years in SEO or managing paid media, ideally at an agency or across multiple clients or brands
• You've owned campaigns end to end — build, launch, optimize, report — not just one slice of the process
• You're fluent in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and comfortable picking up new platforms quickly
• You can trace a performance change back to a cause, and explain it to a client without jargon
• You're solid in spreadsheets and don't need someone else to pull your numbers
• You'd rather do something correctly than quickly, and you know when the difference matters
• You're comfortable being the person a client talks to

Nice to have:

• Experience across both B2B and B2C, or across very different verticals
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and how paid media feeds a pipeline
• SEO or GEO/AEO experience, or a genuine interest in AI search
• Comfort in a website builder (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace) and light Figma work
• Google or Meta certifications

How We Work

• Clarity over jargon
• We test, measure, pivot, and iterate constantly
• Processes stay lightweight but intentional
• Feedback early and often, in both directions
• We hire people we trust to think, not just execute

You'll be supported. You'll also be expected to own your accounts.
