Job Description

Already drive a van? Your next move could be with Spotted Bee.

Spotted Bee is recruiting delivery drivers to join our team in Warrington.

You don't need to come from the parcel delivery industry. If you've got van driving experience, enjoy being out on the road and are ready for a busy, active working day, we'll provide the training you need to get started.

And we keep the important things straightforward.

We provide the van, fuel and insurance — with no deductions from your day rate for any of them.

What you'll earn

£128.70 per day + VAT where applicable

Plus the opportunity to earn up to £120 extra each week through our bonus scheme.

You'll be paid weekly, with no van rental, fuel or insurance costs deducted from your earnings.

What we provide

✓ Van — no rental deduction
✓ Fuel — no fuel deduction
✓ Insurance — no insurance deduction
✓ Paid training and onboarding

You'll also get:

• Weekly pay
• Up to £120 weekly performance bonus
• Ongoing work- we offer 4/5/6 day working weeks
• Pre-planned delivery routes
• Support when you're out on the road
• A team you can actually speak to when you need help

What will you be doing?

You'll complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across the Warrington area on a pre-planned route.

A typical working day is approximately 9 hours and includes loading your van and completing your deliveries safely and efficiently.

It's a busy, active role and you'll spend much of the day working independently. You'll need to be organised, comfortable behind the wheel and ready to keep moving throughout the day.

Never worked in parcel delivery before? That's fine.

We're not only looking for people who already work as parcel delivery drivers.

You may drive a van in another job or be looking to move into delivery driving. If you've got the driving experience we're looking for, we'll train you on the rest.

To join Spotted Bee, you'll need to:

• Be 21 or over
• Hold a full UK or EU manual driving licence for at least 12 months
• Have fewer than 6 points on your licence
• Have at least 3 months' van driving experience
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to complete the required background and onboarding checks
• Be able to work on one of the weekend days as part of your working week

Previous multi-drop delivery experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential.

Why Spotted Bee?

We know delivery driving can be demanding. We also know that working with the right team makes a difference.

We want good drivers to stay with us.

That means clear communication, reliable weekly pay, support when you need it and no surprises when it comes to your van, fuel or insurance.

You do the driving and delivering.

We'll make sure you've got a team behind you.
