Front Desk at Pacific Island Fitness in Kailua-Kona, HI

PIF's purpose is to provide a clean, accessible and affordable fitness center. Our gym has been in operation for more than 20 years, a staple in Kona on the Island of Hawai’i. We have an old-school feel with a warm Ohana vibe and we pride ourselves in serving all levels of fitness to residents and visitors. Our all inclusive membership includes access to free weights, pin selector machines, cardio equipment and a wide range of fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and prospective members/guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner and assist callers with any questions
• Help all guests and members with enrollment options and check-in processes
• New member sign-up
• Take prospective members on tours
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts
• Answer any questions or concerns in a professional manner or defer to the Manager for follow up
• Understand and recommend a variety of products, services and offerings
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization
