About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is an office based role suited to someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to contribute to both sales growth and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Confidently handle phone communication with clients and other practices
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing (or a closely related field)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing
• Fluent English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner, comfortable liaising with clients and other practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 5,000 to 12,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Employment visa sponsorship provided
• Office based role in Business Bay, Dubai

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
