Role Description

Video Editing Intern, working directly alongside the founder. You'll cut the videos that introduce Osynth to the world, feature launches, product demos, and always-on short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus edit AI-generated and creator footage into polished, on-brand posts. This is fast-turnaround, ship-weekly work: a launch or trend hits and content goes out within days.

Responsibilities

Edit launch videos and product demos announcing new Osynth features
Cut always-on short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) from AI-generated and creator footage
Build and maintain a consistent visual style — captions, motion graphics, sound design, pacing
Turn raw AI-generated clips and creator UGC into scroll-stopping, platform-native edits
Collaborate with the founder on scripts, hooks, and content calendar planning
Keep a fast, repeatable editing pipeline so content ships on a weekly (or faster) cadence

Qualifications

A portfolio or reel demonstrating short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts)
Proficiency in an editing tool such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or After Effects
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and what makes short-form content perform
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing roadmap
Bonus: experience with AI video/generation tools, motion graphics, or sound design
Bonus: experience editing for a startup, creator, or brand launch
