Provide responsive support on pricing, products, availability and order status, escalating technical matters when needed.
Use CRM data to prioritise activity, maintain an accurate pipeline and report against sales targets.
Re-engage inactive partners and share market insights that improve the partner experience and program.
What You’ll Bring
Proven high-volume B2B sales, account management or business development experience in a target-driven environment.
Experience managing a customer, channel or partner portfolio and consistently converting opportunities into revenue.
A confident, practical communication style and the ability to build credibility with electricians, installers and other tradespeople.
Strong organisation, follow-through and CRM discipline.
A current driver’s licence and willingness to visit partner sites as required.
