Role Overview
Support the development and execution of HealthyHer’s marketing initiatives across digital, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, retail, and offline channels
- Support product launches, promotions, activations, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate with Creative, E-commerce, Sales, Events, and external partners
- Monitor campaign performance, sales, and consumer insights
- Analyze market and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Support e-commerce campaigns, product listings, bundles, and promotions
- Prepare marketing reports and track brand KPIs
- Help develop marketing materials and initiatives aligned with the HealthyHer brand
- Conduct market/store checks and field activities when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related course
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Marketing Communications
- Experience in FMCG, Wellness, Beauty, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Healthcare is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and marketing/reporting tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Creative, proactive, organized, and results-driven
- Able to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams
- Willing to do fieldwork and attend brand activities when required

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
