About the Role

We are looking to hire a Freight Operations Coordinator to oversee shipment planning, driver coordination, and logistics tracking. This role is suited for professionals with experience in freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation operations, but candidates with related operational experience are also welcome.

The position focuses on ensuring shipments move efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to drivers and internal teams.

• Organize and schedule freight shipments daily
• Communicate with drivers to provide updates and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of freight movements and documentation
• Support routing, delivery planning, and logistics processes
• Collaborate with operations staff to resolve issues and optimize workflow
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery

• Freight dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience is preferred but not required
