Sales Representative — Burundi at OPALEVI in Burundi

OPALEVI is expanding internationally and is hiring a Sales Representative to help grow our presence in Burundi.

OPALEVI is an all-in-one healthcare SaaS platform for clinics, private medical practices, hospitals, dental clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation and mental-health centers, long-term-care providers, and veterinary practices.

The platform combines patient records, appointments, specialty-specific clinical documentation, invoicing, payments, reporting, staff management, online booking, and day-to-day practice operations in one system. It is web-based, works on desktop, tablet and mobile, and supports 47 interface languages.

About the role

You will work with OPALEVI's Founding Country Partner and the global team to bring OPALEVI to healthcare providers across Burundi. This is a hands-on, full-time remote role focused on finding prospects, running demos and winning customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research clinics, medical practices, laboratories and other healthcare organizations in Burundi
• Contact clinic owners, doctors, managers and other decision-makers
• Present and demonstrate OPALEVI to prospective customers
• Generate and follow up on leads, and convert prospects into free trials and paid subscriptions
• Help new customers understand and adopt the platform
• Share local market feedback with the OPALEVI product team
• Keep accurate records of prospects, demos, trials and customers

Who we are looking for

• Experience in healthcare sales, medical-device or pharmaceutical sales, healthcare software / SaaS, or B2B business development
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working remotely
• Fluency in your local language is essential; professional English is strongly preferred
• An existing network of clinics, doctors, laboratories or healthcare decision-makers in Burundi is a major advantage
