Operations Specialist — Sint Maarten at OPALEVI in Sint Maarten

OPALEVI is expanding internationally and is hiring an Operations Specialist to help run and grow our presence in Sint Maarten.

OPALEVI is an all-in-one healthcare SaaS platform for clinics, private medical practices, hospitals, dental clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, rehabilitation and mental-health centers, long-term-care providers, and veterinary practices.

The platform combines patient records, appointments, specialty-specific clinical documentation, invoicing, payments, reporting, staff management, online booking, and day-to-day practice operations in one system. It is web-based, works on desktop, tablet and mobile, and supports 47 interface languages.

About the role

You will work with OPALEVI's Founding Country Partner, the local sales team and the global team to keep everything behind our Sint Maarten business running smoothly, from customer onboarding to reporting. This is a full-time remote role for someone who enjoys building processes and getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new healthcare customers and help them set up and adopt OPALEVI
• Coordinate between local customers, the sales team and the OPALEVI product and support teams
• Track leads, demos, trials and subscriptions, and keep our systems and reports accurate
• Handle customer requests, follow up on open issues and help resolve them quickly
• Support local partners, distributors and healthcare associations
• Check local-language content, translations and onboarding materials for quality
• Identify process improvements and share local market feedback with the global team

Who we are looking for

• Experience in operations, customer success, account management, project coordination or business administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken communication, and comfort working with software tools and spreadsheets
• Self-motivated and reliable when working remotely
• Fluency in your local language is essential; professional English is strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS or the healthcare technology sector is an advantage
