About the Role
We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring our sales and marketing teams have the data, tools, and automation they need to operate efficiently and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the day-to-day administration of the HubSpot CRM platform
Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, pipelines, sequences, and automation
Create and manage custom properties, deal stages, and contact segmentation
Generate reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and leadership decision-making
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely support to internal users
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup
Onboard and train new users on HubSpot tools and best practices
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM processes with business goals
Coordinate with external HubSpot partners or vendors when needed
Stay current with HubSpot updates and recommend improvements to maximize platform value
2 to 4 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or CRM Administrator
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub and/or Marketing Hub experience required
HubSpot certifications preferred (CRM, Sales Software, Marketing Software, or similar)
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and marketing automation
Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
High attention to detail and strong data management skills
Bilingual; fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Ability to work on-site in Santo Domingo full-time
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in financial services or BPO environments is a plus
