At Ollin Home Solutions, we turn ambition into achievement. We have built a company where hard work, dedication, and performance drive success.

Now, as a fast-growing company, we’re looking for motivated individuals who want to get in early, grow with us, and build something big in this market and beyond.

This is more than a job—it’s a career opportunity where you can start as an Appointment Setter and advance into roles like Setter Manager, Closer, and Area Manager based on your results, not tenure.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Knock 80+ doors per day – Engage with homeowners, create connections, and set high-quality appointments.

✅ Learn elite sales techniques – We’ll train you on proven methods to build confidence and maximize conversions.

✅ Develop leadership skills – As you grow, mentor others, lead teams, and expand into new territories.

✅ Capitalize on Blitz Weeks – Travel opportunities to high-demand areas, allowing you to earn more and advance faster.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

✅ Unlimited Growth – Promotions are based on performance, not seniority—your success determines your career trajectory.

✅ No Experience Needed – Whether you’re from sales, teaching, retail, or hospitality, we provide all the training you need.

✅ Housing & Travel Perks – Company-covered housing during travel weeks + extra earning potential in new markets.

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Go-Getters – You’re hungry for growth and ready to take on a challenge.

✅ Fast Learners – No sales experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

✅ Leaders in the Making – You want to develop skills that can translate into management and leadership roles.

✅ Resilient & Hardworking – You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
