Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Coordinate technical integrations with customer systems, including ERP platforms, APIs, data files, and cloud-based tools.
• Work hands-on with data mapping, system configuration, testing, and validation.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve them.
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, priorities, and communication.
• Guide customers through initial system usage and help improve future implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS implementation, enterprise software, or technical customer onboarding.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Strong technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, Excel/CSV, and data mapping.
• Experience working directly with business customers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, financial software, or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, OneDrive/SharePoint, or integration and automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools for troubleshooting, research, documentation, or process improvement.
