About Offprem Technology

Offprem Technology is a Salesforce consulting firm built on one idea: all Salesforce, all the time. Since 2016, our team of certified consultants has helped organizations across industries get more from their Salesforce investment. As a Salesforce Summit Partner, we bring deep platform expertise to every engagement.

We’re also looking ahead. Offprem is a ClaudeCertified, and our consultants have earned Claude credentials. We help clients apply Claude alongside Salesforce, and we use these tools in our own delivery.

We’re headquartered in Indiana, remote friendly, and hire across the United States. Whether you’re an experienced consultant or want to deepen your expertise in Salesforce’s marketing and AI platforms, Offprem may be a great fit for you!

About the Role

As Salesforce’s marketing platforms evolve, our customers need guidance on both sides of the transition: optimizing and modernizing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and adopting Marketing Cloud Next. The Solution Architect designs and implements technical solutions across both products, helping customers decide what belongs where, how the pieces connect to Salesforce CRM and Data 360, and how to get there with minimal disruption.

This role leads solution design and oversees build work and quality assurance. A high-performing Solution Architect leads both technical and business consulting work and is a trusted advisor to marketing and sales leaders.

What You’ll Do

Lead the engagement

• Manage implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, keeping scope, timeline, and budget on track
• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with marketing, sales, operations, and technical stakeholders
• Assess a customer’s current marketing technology, processes, and data, and recommend a roadmap
• Run solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing, and enablement sessions
• Support go-live and early adoption, and hand off cleanly to client teams or managed services

Architect solutions across both platforms

• Design and document the solution architecture for Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next implementations, and get customer approval on the design
• Advise customers on platform strategy: when to use each product, how they can coexist, and how to plan and sequence a migration
• Design lead management frameworks, including lead lifecycle, scoring and grading, assignment, MQL and SQL handoff, and sales alignment
• Design engagement programs, including nurture journeys, segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and cross-channel campaigns
• Define campaign structure, attribution, and reporting so customers can measure marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
• Architect data flows and integrations between the marketing platforms, Salesforce CRM, and Data 360, including consent and preference management
• Identify where Agentforce and AI-assisted capabilities can improve content creation, segmentation, and campaign performance

Build, test, and improve

• Oversee build work and quality assurance, and build or test solutions yourself when needed
• Configure and review core components, such as forms, landing pages, Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, segments, journeys, and Flow-based automation
• Support data migration, deliverability and email authentication setup, and cutover planning
• Review the work of other consultants and give constructive technical feedback

Grow the practice

• Build reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices for Offprem’s marketing practice
• Mentor consultants and help them build skills on both platforms
• Contribute to pre-sales conversations, scoping, and statements of work when needed
