• 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management field.
• Proven expertise in estimation and preparing bids
• Knowledge of FM services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, security and specialised services
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids for FM contracts
• Create comprehensive cost estimates for FM services, covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting expenses
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to prepare proposals for clients
• Ensure estimates align with client needs and industry standards
• Perform site visits to evaluate the scope of work and gather data for precise estimation
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes for specialized services
