Welcome to Town Hall

Housed within the magnificent Grade II-listed former Camden Town Hall, in the heart of King's Cross, Town Hall by Bottaccio is a new kind of cultural destination.
Spanning 6,000 sqm, this extraordinary London landmark is being reimagined as a place where the best of Britain and the wider world come together — from visionary entrepreneurs and global brands to pioneering artists, musicians, thinkers and creative talent.

Our ambition is to create a platform that celebrates extraordinary people, ideas and experiences, bringing together worlds that don't traditionally meet.
Our spaces are the home for global brands and creative communities such as Nvidia, Prada, Rolex, Nike, Lululemon, Future Forum, Hermes, OpenAI, F1, Wella and hundreds more each year, alongside an evolving programme of contemporary art, thought-provoking conversations and cultural encounters.

At Town Hall, a global business summit shares the stage with an immersive art installation. A private dinner brings together an artist, a founder, a musician and a leading thinker. A culinary collaboration becomes as much a cultural event as a dining experience. This is what makes Town Hall different.

Our world is built around three interconnected pillars
• Town Hall Spaces: Extraordinary environments for world-class events, brand experiences, celebrations and moments that bring people together.
• Town Hall Presents: A cultural programme celebrating creativity, discovery and ideas through art, music, conversations, performances and unexpected collaborations.
• Town Hall Society: A private members' community bringing together curious, ambitious and inspiring individuals from different worlds, united by a desire to connect, discover and create.

Together, they form an ecosystem where culture, community and enterprise meet. And gastronomy is an essential part of bringing this vision to life.

The Food & Beverage Director will be accountable for every part of the food and beverage offer, from everyday members’ dining and workspace catering to private dinners and large-scale brand events.

Working closely with Town Hall’s founders and the Rhubarb team, you will

• Own the operation. Lead all food, beverage and events delivery on site, with full responsibility for a £10m P&L.
• Build the team. Recruit, develop and lead chefs, bar, front of house and events teams as the business grows to around 50.
• Set the standard. Deliver consistently outstanding quality and service across the club, events and workspaces.
• Shape the offer. Work with chefs and partners on menus, drinks and concepts, including collaborations with artists and brands.
• Run it well. Manage budgets, suppliers, licensing and compliance in a listed building.

What We’re Looking For

A proven F&B leader, ideally from a premium restaurant or hotel background, who is ready to step up to a Food & Beverage Director role of real scale. You will bring:
• Senior experience running a high-volume, multi-outlet or complex hospitality operation, with full P&L accountability.
• A background in premium restaurants, luxury hotels or private members’ clubs.
• A track record of building, leading and retaining large, high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial skills: cost control, margins, forecasting and supplier management.
• The presence and credibility to work with founders, partners and high-profile clients.
• A hands-on, visible leadership style. Pre-opening or growth-phase experience is a real advantage.

Why Join Town Hall

This Food & Beverage Director role is a rare chance to build and lead a major hospitality operation in one of London’s most distinctive buildings. You will have genuine ownership, a platform that brings together world-class brands, culture and creative talent, and the backing of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and Bottaccio.
