Dishwasher - Join a Team Where You Belong

$17.00/Hour | Full-Time | Year-Round | No Experience Required

Looking for a steady job with good people, good benefits, and a place where you can build experience?

Oak Hill Country Club is hiring a Dishwasher to join our Culinary Team.

You don't need restaurant experience. You don't need country club experience. And you don't need to know anything about golf.

You just need to show up, work hard, and be willing to learn. We'll teach you the rest.

Oak Hill is a premier private club, but behind the scenes, we're simply a team of people working together to take care of our members and each other. Our dishwashers are an important part of that team.

What Makes This Job Different?

We know a dishwasher job can be a great starting point - whether you're looking for your first job, want to get into hospitality, or simply want a stable, year-round job with a company that offers real benefits.

At Oak Hill, you'll have:

• $17.00 per hour
• Full-time, year-round employment
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 401(k)
• Paid Time Off
• Free daily employee lunch
• Complimentary employee golf privileges
• Opportunities to grow within our Culinary Team
• A supportive team that will train you and help you succeed

What You'll Be Doing

As a Dishwasher, you'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly by:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the dish area clean, organized, and safe
• Supporting kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• Removing waste and maintaining organized back-of-house areas
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Helping the culinary team wherever needed

It's active work. You'll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and working as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for a perfect résumé. We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and willing to learn
• Able to take direction and work as part of a team

No previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is required.

A Place to Start - and Grow

Oak Hill may be a premier private club, but you don't need a country club background to be successful here.

Many hospitality careers start with an opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the business, and prove what you can do. We're happy to provide that opportunity.

If you're dependable, willing to work, and looking for a place where you can build experience and grow, we'd like to meet you.
