Parts Advisor at Northern Roads Auto Group in Ontario, CA

Belleville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Person to join our team. Automotive parts experience is an asset, but we’re also interested in candidates with retail or over-the-counter experience who enjoy helping people, staying organized and learning something new.

About Northern Roads Auto Group

Belleville Chrysler is part of Northern Roads Auto Group, a growing Canadian dealership group with stores across Ontario. We believe our success comes from the people who serve our customers every day. Our culture is built on teamwork, accountability, respect and a willingness to support one another.

We want our people to have the tools, training and opportunity to grow. Whether you’re building on dealership experience or bringing strong retail skills to a new setting, you’ll be part of a team that values good service, clear communication and a job done right.

What you’ll do:

• Help retail customers, service technicians and advisors find the right parts
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the parts counter and by phone
• Look up parts, confirm fitment and availability, and prepare quotes
• Receive, inspect, label and organize parts shipments
• Process orders, invoices, returns and warranty-related parts as required
• Keep the parts department clean, organized and running smoothly
• Communicate with the service and sales teams to help meet customer needs
• Handle several requests at once while maintaining accuracy
• Use good judgment and problem-solving skills when parts or order issues arise

What you’ll bring:

• A team-first attitude and a helpful, professional approach
• Reliability and a willingness to show up ready to work when scheduled
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience, including retail or over-the-counter sales
• Flexibility to work a rotating early or late shift
• CSA-approved safety footwear

Automotive parts experience is an asset. Experience with PBS or Mopar parts systems is a plus, but it’s not required. We’re happy to consider candidates with transferable retail experience and a strong interest in learning the automotive parts business.

Interested?

If you enjoy helping customers, working with a team and keeping things moving, we’d like to hear from you. Apply to join Belleville Chrysler and Northern Roads Auto Group.
