<Job Overview>
We are seeking energetic and passionate Swim Instructors to join our team! In this role, you will teach swimming skills and water safety techniques to students of all ages and skill levels. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth, confidence, and enjoyment in the water.

<Duties>

• Deliver engaging swimming lessons tailored to each student’s age and ability, from beginners to advanced swimmers
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and safety protocols while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere
• Monitor students closely during lessons to ensure safety and proper behavior management
• Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills
• Assist with setting up lesson plans, organizing classes, and maintaining a safe pool environment
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and safety concerns
• Uphold all safety standards.

<Skills>

• Previous swim experience or teaching experience is highly preferred
• Strong background in sports coaching and teaching
• Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices
• Ability to manage behavior effectively and create an encouraging learning environment
• Familiarity with physical education teaching methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
