Description

The Guest Experience Host is a highly visible, guest-facing role that combines elevated restaurant hospitality with the confidence, energy, and presentation skills often developed through acting, modeling, nightlife, live events, luxury retail, brand activations, or promotional work. This position creates a memorable sense of arrival, engages naturally with guests, manages reservations and seating, and participates in scheduled promotional events and venue photo and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, confident, and memorable first impression that reflects the venue’s elevated and energetic guest experience
• Engage naturally with a wide range of guests, initiate friendly conversation, and build rapport throughout service
• Participate in scheduled promotional events and venue photo and video shoots
• Maintain professional personal presentation and follow the venue’s gender-neutral dress and grooming standards, with reasonable accommodations as required
• Manage reservations, arrivals, waitlists, and seating while communicating accurate wait times and guest expectations
• Coordinate dining room flow with service and management teams to support smooth and balanced service
• Maintain awareness of guest preferences, special occasions, dietary restrictions, and requests for reasonable accommodation
• Handle routine guest requests and concerns with tact, discretion, and composure, escalating issues as appropriate
• Maintain an organized host area and complete assigned administrative and preparatory duties

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in acting, modeling, nightlife, live events, luxury retail, brand activations, promotional work, guest relations, or another highly visible public-facing role strongly preferred
• Confident presence with warm, polished, and engaging communication
• Comfort participating in promotional events and scheduled photo and video content
• Ability to remain organized, poised, and composed in a high-energy environment
• Reliability, teamwork, sound judgment, and discretion when handling guest information
• Experience with reservation management systems, POS systems, or related technology preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to move throughout guest-facing areas and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate the technology required to perform essential job functions
