Job Description
WORK FOR ONE OF THE WORLD’S MOST AUTHENTIC PRIVATE JET BRANDS
We believe people should be treated as names, not numbers. That belief shapes our culture of empowerment, collaboration, and long-term stability, and it is one of the reasons we continue to be The Standard in private aviation.
We invest in exceptional people who bring exceptional skills. For nearly 30 years, our mission has remained clear, “Be the best in the industry, not the biggest”.
Becoming part of the organization means continuous learning, strategic growth, and embracing change through innovation. We operate with a “people over process” philosophy, building meaningful relationships and trust across our workforce.
NICHOLAS AIR Pilots are regarded as the most professional, well-trained aviators in the private jet industry. They are the FACE of our COMPANY. The Training Coordinator enjoys the benefit of working with only the best aviators in the industry, as they are hand selected by the company's Executive team, as well as all new hires coming into the company. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all internal training programs, as well as maintaining training records and managing the training for NICHOLAS AIR.
