B2B SaaS Sales Representative (High… at Ngenaire · Remote

ABOUT NGENAIRE

Ngenaire is an AI-assisted engineering workspace built for teams developing complex products and systems. It connects requirements, architecture, verification, schedules, risks and engineering documentation in one traceable environment.

We help engineering teams reduce documentation overhead, identify problems earlier and spend more time solving difficult technical challenges.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to introduce Ngenaire to startups, small businesses and engineering organizations across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity that is 100% commission-based. There is no base salary, employee benefits, guaranteed hours or guaranteed income. The arrangement is flexible and non-exclusive, making it suitable for an experienced salesperson, independent sales consultant or someone building a portfolio of complementary technology products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identify companies that could benefit from Ngenaire’s platform or customized AI engineering solutions.

• Reach engineering leaders, founders, project managers and technical decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, telephone calls and professional networks.

• Understand each prospect’s engineering, documentation and project-delivery challenges.

• Qualify potential customers and arrange product demonstrations.

• Follow up with interested prospects and help move opportunities toward a purchasing decision.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and opportunities.

• Coordinate with Ngenaire’s founder for technical demonstrations, proposals and customer handover.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.

• Earn 30% of subscription profit collected during the first 12 months from customers you originate.

• There is no cap on eligible commissions.

• Commissions are paid monthly after Ngenaire receives the applicable customer payment.

Complete commission terms, lead-attribution rules and payment conditions will be documented in a written independent contractor agreement before work begins.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development, technical sales or professional-services sales.

• Are comfortable finding prospects and starting conversations through outbound outreach.

• Can communicate credibly with founders, engineers and technical decision-makers.

• Are self-motivated, organized and consistent with follow-up.

• Can work independently without a fixed schedule.

• Are interested in engineering, artificial intelligence or complex technical products.

Experience selling engineering software, project-management tools, enterprise SaaS, technical consulting or engineering services is particularly valuable.

WHAT NGENAIRE PROVIDES

• Direct access to Ngenaire’s founder.

• Product demonstrations and technical support during qualified customer conversations.

• Target-customer guidance, lead lists and outreach materials.

• Flexible, fully remote working arrangements.

• The opportunity to help shape the early sales strategy of a growing engineering-technology company.

HOW TO APPLY

Please include a short note describing:

1. Your previous B2B sales experience.

2. The industries or professional networks you know best.

3. How you would identify Ngenaire’s first 20 prospects.

4. Confirmation that you understand and accept the commission-only independent contractor structure.
