Job Description
Ready to Start Your Next Chapter in Sunny Greece? ☀️🌊
What if your next work day didn't start with cold weather and a predictable routine, but with 300+ days of sunshine, seaside coffee breaks, and an incredible international community?
Whether you are looking for a fresh adventure after finishing school, wanting to take a gap year abroad, or simply ready for a change of scenery, your next chapter doesn't have to stay at home. It can start right here in Athens, Greece!
We are looking for enthusiastic Dutch speakers to pack their bags, join a iconic global jewellery and lifestyle brand, and gain real-world international experience while enjoying the ultimate Mediterranean lifestyle.
Your new life in Greece
Moving abroad for work is about much more than what happens between Monday and Friday.
It's morning coffee in the Greek sunshine, discovering your favourite neighbourhood, meeting people from around Europe and suddenly having beaches, islands and weekend trips much closer than they used to be.
Greece has become a popular destination for international professionals looking to work abroad, and this position gives Danish speakers the opportunity to combine an international career with the experience of actually living somewhere new.
Whether you're planning your first move abroad or already have international experience, you'll join a multicultural environment with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds.
Better yet, you don't need to figure out the relocation process entirely by yourself. Support is available with your move, including flight expenses, initial hotel accommodation and assistance with finding housing in Greece.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day
You’ll be the voice and digital point of contact for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands, keeping their shopping experience smooth and effortless.
Digital Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries primarily through written Email and Chat, with some phone support.
Real Problem Solving: Help shoppers with order tracking, order delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
Modern Tools: Work with standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.
Languages: Native or C1-level Dutch + solid conversational English (B2) for training and system navigation.
Skills: Strong written communication skills in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, and decent computer knowledge.
Mindset: Enthusiastic, open-minded, ready to learn, and excited about moving abroad!
No experience? No problem. Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and drive to learn matter most!
Starting a new job abroad is exciting. Organising flights, accommodation and everything else that comes with an international move can be slightly less exciting.
That's why relocation support is part of the package.
You can expect:
- Relocation support for your move to Greece
- Flight expenses covered
- Initial hotel accommodation at no cost to you
- Support with finding long-term housing
- Competitive monthly salary
- Two additional salaries per year
- Paid professional training
- Healthcare benefits and additional employee discounts
- Free online Greek language courses
- Opportunities for career development within a large international organisation
- Modern working environment and an international team
- Social events and community initiatives
Why work abroad in Greece?
A Dutch-speaking job in Greece can be a great way to gain international experience without putting your career on hold.
Customer service gives you experience in communication, problem-solving, digital systems and working with an international consumer brand – skills that can later open doors to areas such as customer experience, operations, sales, quality, training or team leadership.
At the same time, you get something that's difficult to put on a CV: the experience of building a life in another country.
You don't have to know whether Greece will be home for one year or ten.
Sometimes you just need a good reason to try.
