ABOUT THE COMPANY

Indiana Property Advisors is a residential developer and builder specializing in infill new construction across Indianapolis, Fortville, Muncie and Fort Wayne. We acquire, permit, build and sell a portfolio of repeatable duplex and multi-unit townhome models on scattered lots in established neighborhoods.

Our vision is to turn vacant and underused lots into quality, attainable housing that strengthens the neighborhoods around them.
