• Support discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical discussions, and solution planning activities.
• Help design, document, and implement Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, and application modernization.
• Assist with cloud migration planning, workload assessments, implementation support, and efforts to expand customer adoption and use of OCI services.
• Learn and apply Oracle Cloud security best practices and support federal compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and related governance models.
• Support customer adoption of OCI services across areas such as cloud infrastructure, databases, data and analytics, integration, DevOps, and AI capabilities.

• Travel up to 30% as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• U.S. Citizenship is required for federal customer engagement.
• 2–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud platform engineering, systems engineering, database administration, software engineering, technical consulting, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Foundational understanding of networking, virtualization, operating systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or application platforms.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, DevOps practices, or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how complex systems work.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to teammates, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, product, partner, and customer teams.
