They are seeking an Associate Service Engineer to handle basic troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance while adhering to lab safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: - Handles basic troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance - Follows SOPs and performs task-based assignments - Expected to troubleshoot issues that are limited in complexity - Begin to understand '3 pillars' of laboratory automation troubleshooting (hardware, software, and assay) - Document service tickets completely and with appropriate detail.
