Overview:

Napollo Software Design is hiring for highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting efforts: post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies compliance.
• Aid in benefits administration and leave management.
• Help organize training sessions and development programs.
• Assist in HR communications and documentation.
• Contribute to various HR projects for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in HR, Business, or related field.
• Organized, with good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Duration:

• 8 Weeks internship, leading to full time job

Location:

• Bahria Town, Lahore

Timings:

• 4 pm to 11pm

Work Location: In person
