Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and customer cohort and unit economics analysis
Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, technology, and regulatory areas
Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors
Maintain relationships with banks, advisors, potential targets, and industry participants, and attend industry events and conferences
This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.

Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball

2+ years of experience from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting
Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments
Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
