Own the Brand. Own the Growth.

MyFundedFutures isn't just another prop firm. We're building the brand that funded traders actually want to rep, and the growth engine that gets us in front of them in the first place. We move fast, we ship bold, and we don't do boring. If you're a marketing leader who can run a team, own a P&L-level view of growth, and still get excited about a scroll-stopping campaign, we want to talk to you.

This is a rare shot to lead marketing at a company at the intersection of finance, gaming-style culture, and internet-native growth. No stuffy bank marketing org here. Think Blue #3A82F7, Obsidian, Gold: bold, confident, built for traders who live and breathe the charts, and for a team that wants to move at the same speed.

What You'll Do

• Own marketing strategy and execution across the full function: content, web, partnerships, and growth
• Lead and develop a team of specialists (content, design, web, partnerships, growth) into a cohesive, high-output unit
• Set the roadmap for campaigns from concept to launch, and hold the team accountable to performance, not just output
• Own the growth number: acquisition, activation, and funnel performance across paid, organic, and partnership channels
• Partner directly with Executive leadership to align marketing strategy with company-wide priorities and KPIs
• Oversee the partnerships pipeline: strategic, vendor, and co-marketing relationships that expand our reach
• Own web strategy and performance: site experience, conversion, and how it supports the funnel end-to-end
• Build and evolve our brand and content strategy for a trading audience that lives on TikTok, X, and Discord
• Stay plugged into prop trading culture, competitor marketing, and industry trends before they blow up

What You Bring

• A track record of leading a marketing team and function, ideally in fintech, trading, gaming, or creator-economy spaces
• Experience owning growth metrics, not just brand or creative output; you know your funnel and what drives it
• Strong people leadership: you can hire, coach, and get the best out of a small, fast-moving team
• Comfort operating across disciplines: content, web, partnerships, and paid/organic growth, without needing to be the expert in all of them
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
• Speed without sacrificing quality or strategy. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities across a small, fast-scaling company
• A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where priorities shift daily and the best idea wins, not the loudest title

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing for fintech, gaming, esports, or creator-economy brands
• Experience building or scaling a marketing function from an earlier stage
• Existing knowledge of futures trading or the funded trading industry
• A track record of campaigns or content that's actually gone viral

Why Us

• Ground-floor opportunity to lead marketing at one of the fastest-growing names in funded futures trading
• A team that moves with startup speed and cares about doing things right
• Real ownership: your strategy will shape how thousands of traders discover and experience the brand
• Competitive compensation and benefits
