Digital Marketing Manager (website remit) at My Surrogacy… · Miami
Job Description
Owning our digital presence — website, apps, search, and paid, all in one seat
This Role Is Not for Everyone. That's the Point.
Most digital marketing roles let you specialise. This one doesn't. You'll own paid, organic, and email strategy — and the website that all of it points to — and the apps that sit alongside it — and the SEO that gets us found, including by the AI tools that are starting to answer questions before anyone even clicks a link. That's a lot of surface area for one person to hold well.
If you're the kind of marketer who's genuinely comfortable moving from a campaign brief to a CMS page build to an app store listing in the same afternoon, and who sees that breadth as the interesting part of the job rather than the exhausting part — keep reading.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This role comes down to owning our digital footprint end to end. In practice, that means:
Driving the strategy. You'll own and execute digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and email channels, with clear accountability for traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Running the website. You'll manage and maintain our website — content updates, CMS administration, page builds, and basic troubleshooting — so it's never the bottleneck holding a campaign back.
Owning the apps. You'll hold overall responsibility for our current and future apps: performance monitoring, app store presence and listings, update coordination, and managing user feedback and ratings.
Knowing when to bring in outside help. You'll coordinate with external developers and agencies for anything beyond CMS-level work — custom development, hosting, security, app builds and releases — briefing them clearly and holding the work to standard.
Proving what's working. You'll track and report on digital performance — traffic, conversion, app engagement, campaign ROI — using the analytics tools that give you a genuine read on what's driving results.
Getting us found, everywhere. You'll manage SEO and GEO strategy, making sure our website and content are optimised not just for traditional search engines, but for the AI-driven and generative search tools people are increasingly using instead.
Making the ad spend count. You'll oversee digital ad spend and campaign execution across platforms like Google and Meta, with real ownership over how that budget performs.
Keeping the brand consistent. You'll collaborate closely with content, design, and communications teams to make sure our presence feels like one brand across web, app, and search — not three disconnected efforts.
Who Thrives Here
- You genuinely enjoy breadth — strategy, CMS, apps, SEO, paid — rather than wishing you could specialise in just one.
- You're comfortable getting hands-on with a website when needed, without losing sight of the bigger campaign picture.
- You think about search in its broadest sense now, including how AI tools are changing how people find things.
- You know exactly when a task needs an external developer or agency, and you brief them well.
- You manage multiple live workstreams at once without letting any of them quietly slip.
About You
- 4+ years' experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable ownership of a website or CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar).
- Experience overseeing or working closely with app products — app store optimisation, release coordination, or app performance tracking — is desirable.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS sufficient for basic page edits and troubleshooting.
- Experience running paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and interpreting the analytics behind them.
- A solid grounding in SEO best practices, with familiarity in emerging GEO/AI search optimisation techniques.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle campaign work, website upkeep, and app oversight without dropping any of it.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Why This Role
You'll report directly to the CMO with genuine ownership over how our brand shows up digitally — website, app, search, and paid, all under one remit. It's a role built for someone who wants breadth and real accountability, not a narrow lane and a long approval chain.
If you're the person who can hold strategy and execution in the same hand, we want to hear from you.
