About the Role
My Key Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Systems Integration Lead to take ownership of the connections between Salesforce, NetSuite and Shopify, working within an established MuleSoft environment.
This is a senior, hands-on technical role where you will be responsible for both solution design and delivery, assessing existing integrations, developing new integration flows and ensuring systems remain reliable as the business grows.
You will play an important role in reducing manual data entry, improving data accuracy and creating a dependable flow of customer, order and fulfilment information across the business.

From there, you will take ownership of the wider integration environment and help shape the future integration roadmap.

This is a senior, hands-on technical role where you will be responsible for both solution design and delivery, assessing existing integrations, developing new integration flows and ensuring systems remain reliable as the business grows.
You will play an important role in reducing manual data entry, improving data accuracy and creating a dependable flow of customer, order and fulfilment information across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and take ownership of existing Salesforce, NetSuite and Shopify integrations, including triggers, mappings, schedules, dependencies and failures.
- Design, configure and build integrations within the existing MuleSoft environment.
- Develop API-based solutions where appropriate and provide clear recommendations around platform, licensing and technical requirements.
- Manage order and fulfilment integrations, including partial shipments, multiple shipments, cancellations, returns and unmatched records.
- Ensure integrations prevent duplicate processing, circular updates and outdated information overwriting newer data.
- Lead technical testing, reconciliation, user acceptance testing and controlled production releases.
- Monitor live integrations, investigate failures and identify and resolve root causes.
- Establish effective alerts, retry and recovery processes, audit logs and reconciliation checks.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, integration records, configuration and support procedures.
- Manage integration access and credentials with the relevant system owners.
- Monitor platform upgrades, API changes and usage requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritise future integration opportunities across customer, product, pricing, invoicing, subscriptions and other business data.
- Develop and maintain a clear integration roadmap, assessing scope, effort and technical dependencies.
We are looking for a technically strong integration professional with proven experience working across Salesforce, NetSuite and MuleSoft.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience designing, building and supporting production integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Strong hands-on MuleSoft experience, including working with connectors, mappings and error handling.
- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, external IDs, permissions and automation.
- Practical experience with NetSuite customer, sales order, fulfilment and financial records.
- Experience integrating eCommerce, CRM and ERP platforms, including customer and order matching.
- Experience supporting or developing Shopify integrations.
- Strong API and data skills, including REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, polling, JSON and data transformation.
- The ability to write and troubleshoot code where configuration alone is not sufficient.
- Experience with error handling, safe retries, duplicate prevention and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting controlled deployments and production integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of an established integration environment.
- The ability to communicate technical decisions, dependencies and costs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications
