Your passion for abortion care. Our commitment to choice.

At MSI UK, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to make their own choices about their sexual and reproductive health. We're looking for an experienced NMC Registered Adult Midwife to join our Oxford team, bringing compassion, commitment and a genuine passion for abortion care.

If you believe in the importance of reproductive choice and want to make a meaningful difference to people's lives, this is an opportunity to turn your values into something truly impactful.

Be part of a team where you feel supported, valued and empowered.

Our Oxford team is built on collaboration, trust and psychological safety. We want everyone to feel comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, asking questions and learning together. You'll join colleagues who genuinely support one another, creating an environment where you can grow in confidence, develop your skills and feel proud of the care you deliver.

As part of your role, you'll deliver compassionate, client-centred abortion care, supporting clients throughout their journey. You'll work within the legal gestational limit for medical and surgical abortion care and support our vasectomy services, alongside opportunities to develop your clinical expertise and autonomy.

Your development matters to us.

Whether you're looking to expand your clinical experience or gain new skills, we'll support your journey through scanning training, a structured clinical training pathway and opportunities to build confidence and independence in your practice. You'll also benefit from monthly centre closure days dedicated to learning, development and team connection, alongside our awards celebration, roadshows and opportunities to connect with colleagues across MSI UK through our two-day Corporate Induction in London.

With parking available at each site, reimbursed travel outside Oxford and no routine bank holiday working, we offer a working environment designed to support both your professional development and wellbeing.

More than a nursing role, this is an opportunity to stand up for reproductive choice.

If you're passionate about abortion care, believe in treating every client with dignity and respect, and want to work somewhere your values genuinely matter, we'd love to welcome you to Oxford.

Please note: This opportunity is open to experienced Registered Midwives only. We are unable to accept applications from newly qualified Midwives.
