Why Join Mozaic?

At Mozaic, your work has purpose. We're a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities throughout the Finger Lakes region live more independent and fulfilling lives. As a DSP, you'll be more than a support person. You'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement who helps create opportunities for people to grow, connect, and thrive.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. You may help with meal preparation, personal care, household responsibilities, transportation, appointments, community activities, and other daily routines. Throughout it all, you'll encourage independence, promote choice, and help the people we support build skills and confidence.

You'll also work alongside families, healthcare professionals, and other team members to provide quality, person-centered support while ensuring each person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid NYS Driver's License. Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities or working as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus, but it isn't the only thing we're looking for.

No Experience? No Problem.

If you're compassionate, dependable, willing to learn, and passionate about helping others succeed, we want to hear from you. We'll provide the training and support you need to build your skills and make a difference.

Bring your compassion to Mozaic and build a career where what you do matters. Apply today!
