We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Manchester-based client that partners with charitable organisations to deliver face-to-face fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic Entry Level Account Executives to join its expanding team, helping charities share their stories, communicate their missions, and inspire members of the public to support the causes they represent.

No previous fundraising or sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to develop valuable professional skills whilst contributing to meaningful campaigns.

The Role

As an Entry Level Account Executive, you'll become a representative for charitable campaigns, helping raise awareness, engage with the public, and generate valuable support for organisations working towards positive social change.

This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where you'll have the opportunity to communicate the stories behind important causes, explain the impact of charitable work, and encourage individuals to get involved through fundraising initiatives and ongoing support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing charitable organisations and their missions through face-to-face public engagement
• Raising awareness of important social causes, charitable initiatives, and fundraising campaigns
• Sharing meaningful stories and communicating the positive impact charities have on communities
• Engaging with members of the public and inspiring them to support worthwhile causes
• Encouraging charitable donations and securing new supporter registrations
• Building positive relationships with potential donors and supporters
• Answering questions about charitable missions, fundraising activities, and the impact of donations
• Working towards individual and team fundraising and campaign objectives
• Participating in regular training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Acting as a positive and professional ambassador for the charities being represented

Compensation & Benefits

• Total earning potential of £1,935–£2,000 per calendar month, comprising a base salary and uncapped performance-based commission, subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period
