MONY Group - Where better off begins.

We’re on a mission to help millions of people make better financial decisions and build brighter futures. Through trusted brands including MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert and Quidco, we reach millions of people every month, making money simpler and helping customers get more from life.

We're building the next generation of consumer technology experiences, using data, cloud technology and AI to solve real problems at scale. But technology is only part of the story. How we work matters too.

Our culture is shaped by our behaviours: Accountability, Simplicity, Inclusion and Innovation. We take ownership, make the complex simple, value different perspectives, and challenge ourselves to find better ways to do things. It's how we create products our customers trust and a workplace where people can do their best work.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving products used by millions. Working with modern cloud platforms, AI-assisted engineering tools and talented multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape solutions that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

If you're excited by solving meaningful problems, learning continuously, and helping build the future of a technology company where better off begins, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help build the products and platforms that power millions of financial decisions every month. Joining one of our Manchester-based engineering teams, you'll work on experiences that make it simpler for customers to discover, compare and switch financial products with confidence.

You'll have a significant impact from day one, shaping technical direction, building scalable solutions and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. From architecture and implementation through to testing, deployment and continuous improvement, you'll work closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to solve meaningful customer problems at scale.

At MONY Group, engineering is a team sport. We value accountability, simplicity, inclusion and innovation, and we've created an environment where engineers are trusted to take ownership, share ideas and challenge thinking. Whether it's through pair programming, communities of practice, hack days, technical guilds or mentoring, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from others and help others grow.

We're also embracing the opportunities AI brings to software engineering. As an AI-enabled organisation, we're exploring how AI can accelerate delivery, improve quality and unlock new ways of solving problems, from code generation and testing to documentation, discovery and product innovation. We encourage engineers to experiment, stay curious and help shape how AI becomes part of our everyday ways of working.

If you're motivated by solving complex problems, building products that reach millions of people, and being part of a team where better off begins, we'd love to hear from you.
