Why You Should Join Us

Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer for more than 200 years. Our brands include Coors, Carling, Madri Excepcional, Blue Moon, Staropramen, Doom Bar, Aspall and Rekorderlig. We operate in over 100 countries, with 16,000 colleagues who care about great beer, responsible drinking and a more sustainable future.

As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

What You’ll Do

Our four-year Operations Degree Apprenticeship is designed to develop the managers of the future. You’ll combine a Manufacturing Engineering Degree at Derby University with hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, building the technical, problem-solving and leadership skills needed for a career in drinks manufacturing.

Manufacturing engineers help organisations find the safest, smartest and most efficient ways to manufacture products. At Molson Coors, you’ll see engineering in action across our operations and learn how technology and people come together to produce some of the UK’s best-known beer and beverage brands.

During the programme, you’ll have opportunities to:

• Work alongside experienced engineers and operational teams on real manufacturing challenges and projects.
• Learn how our production processes, equipment and technology work, using data to investigate problems, spot trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop your knowledge of mechanical, electrical and digital engineering while supporting continuous improvement across safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and sustainability.
• Build your project management, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibility. You’ll move from learning alongside experienced colleagues to taking ownership of your own projects and improvement opportunities.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have in-depth operational experience, leadership skills and a Manufacturing Engineering Degree from Derby University.
