Minnesota Home Guys LLC is seeking a motivated and dedicated Leads Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $40,000 per year.

**Job Overview:**

As a Leads Manager, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by answering phone calls, routing customer information, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and maintaining our CRM system.

**Responsibilities:**

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service

• Gather and input customer information into our CRM system

• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives

• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements:**

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
