Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager (Hands-on)

Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of offices, apartments, salons, and other properties

• Handle minor technical issues independently (e.g., light bulb replacement, switch repairs, hinge replacements, etc.)

• Perform basic checks on air conditioning systems (e.g., filter condition)

• Purchase necessary tools, materials, and supplies

• Source and obtain quotations from external contractors and service providers

• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors

• Organize and track maintenance tasks across properties

• Ensure quick and efficient problem-solving, including urgent situations

• Be available outside regular working hours if needed (including nights)

Requirements:

• Practical, hands-on technical mindset

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Previous experience in maintenance / operations / facilities management

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Reliable and flexible attitude

• English proficiency is required

Nice to Have:

• Experience in property or facility management

• Existing network of local contractors/service providers

• Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
