What You’ll Do: As a key part of the guest experience, you’ll be the face of hospitality on the casino floor: ·
Greet guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude ·
Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately ·
Serve guests on the gaming floor and at the bar ·
Take food orders when needed ·
Enter orders into the POS system ·
Keep your section clean and presentable ·
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally ·
Upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize sales 80% of your shift will focus on guest service, while 20% includes side work like restocking and prepping drink stations. Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License Physical Requirements: ·
