Therapy Supervisor - SLP at MGA Homecare in Austin, TX

Therapy Supervisor - SLP

Job Overview

Lead with Purpose While Shaping Clinical Excellence

At MGA Homecare, we believe pediatric therapy is more than a service; it’s a relationship. Our clinicians don’t only treat patients; they become trusted partners in their care journey. We’re looking for a Speech Therapist ready to step into leadership! A PT or OT who wants to expand their impact beyond the caseload and into mentorship, quality improvement, and team development. If you’re seeking a role that blends clinical excellence, leadership growth, and flexibility, this is your opportunity.

Why This Role Stands Out

• Hybrid Flexibility: Balance direct patient care with administrative and leadership responsibilities. 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
• Leadership Development: Gain hands-on experience managing, mentoring, and coaching clinical staff
• Meaningful Work: Build lasting relationships with patients and families in a home-based setting
• Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a supportive leadership team invested in your growth

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll serve as both a clinical expert and a people leader.

• Lead and support therapy staff in delivering high-quality patient care
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to clinicians
• Maintain a small patient caseload based on your treatment preferences
• Partner with leadership to improve care quality, patient outcomes, and consistency
• Facilitate care coordination and contribute to clinical decision-making
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
• Address clinical challenges, provide real-time problem solving, and support field staff
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Current state license as a Speech Therapist
• Experience in home health, pediatrics, or related clinical settings
• Interest in leadership, mentoring, and team development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance clinical care with operational responsibilities
Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required. We’re happy to develop the right candidate.
