About the Position
Merixcen is seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant - Entry Level to join our Charlotte team. This position supports company activities and professional events by helping with preparation, organization, guest assistance, and day-of-event activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing for company and client events
- Help organize event materials and supplies
- Support event setup and breakdown activities
- Provide general information and assistance to attendees
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming event environment
- Follow event schedules and established procedures
- Assist team members with assigned event responsibilities
- Help ensure activities remain organized and on schedule
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
