In this fully remote role based within Greece, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking expert guidance and technical assistance with cutting-edge consumer electronic products, from smart home devices and laptops to smartphones and audio-visual equipment. This is one of the most exciting Dutch-speaking jobs available in the European market today, combining industry-leading benefits, a vibrant Mediterranean lifestyle, and genuine career progression within a globally respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient technical support to Dutch-speaking customers across multiple channels — including phone, email, and live chat — regarding consumer electronics products and services.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues related to a wide range of consumer electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and smart home systems.

• Guide customers step-by-step through product setup, configuration, firmware updates, and connectivity solutions in clear, accessible Dutch-language communication.

• Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring thorough and consistent documentation.

• Escalate complex or unresolved technical cases to second-level support or specialist engineering teams, following established protocols to ensure timely resolution.

• Stay continuously informed about new product launches, software releases, and emerging technical trends within the consumer electronics sector in order to deliver accurate and up-to-date support.

• Identify recurring technical issues and provide structured feedback to internal teams to support ongoing product and service improvement initiatives.

• Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer satisfaction, reflecting the premium quality associated with the consumer electronics brand you represent.

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — all customer interactions will be conducted in Dutch.

• A valid EU passport or the right to work within the European Union is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in technical support, customer service, or a helpdesk environment, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology industry.

• Solid understanding of consumer electronic products, operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows), network connectivity, and general troubleshooting methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to non-technical end users.

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training purposes.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

What We Offer

• Competitive Monthly Salary, benchmarked to reflect your expertise and the demands of the consumer electronics industry.
• Fully Paid, Comprehensive Training Programme to ensure you are fully prepared and confident before you begin supporting customers.
• Private Health Insurance for your peace of mind and wellbeing.
