IT Cloud Architect (f/m/x) at Mercedes-Benz… · Berlin

WHAT WE DO

As the FinTech hub of Mercedes‑Benz, we connect the world of mobility with the world of payments. Our mission is simple: Transform transactions into the best possible customer experience — inside the car and beyond.

What does that mean in practice? We make our customers’ lives easier by allowing them to pay for Mercedes-Benz goods and services across the entire customer lifecycle: from the purchase phase (initial financing/leasing rate, online reservation payments or down payments to full vehicle payments) through the usage phase (car-related services like fueling, charging or Digital Extras or the e-Vignette from the Mercedes-Benz Store) all the way to the retention phase (early contract settlement).

ABOUT MERCEDES PAY

Mercedes pay as a platform was launched in 2018 and is now live in 45 markets across the globe, playing a central role in the digital business model of Mercedes‑Benz.

We enable payments across all customer touchpoints, no matter where the customers are: via app, web, at the Point of Sale and even the car itself. Mercedes pay is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG with offices in Stuttgart, Berlin and Singapore.

Our solutions enable:

• Digital Extras & subscriptions

• Mobility services like fueling and charging

• e-Commerce (ATC)

• Online vehicle sales and full vehicle payment (in selected markets)

• In-car payments

• Loyalty

OUR VALUES & HOW WE WORK

We are an inclusive, passionate, and diverse team of people. Being solution-oriented, agile, and dynamic is in our blood. We learn best by leaping into cold water from time to time, by doing rather than deliberating, and we trust in our teammates’ abilities & willingness to learn. We like to make things happen, and we’re more interested in finding solutions than staying stuck because of unexpected roadblocks.

In short: How we work is strongly based on our values of collaboration: Trust, innovation, responsibility, team spirit and belonging.

Since we are still building new processes and products alongside our existing ones, everyone has the opportunity to shape our success – from day one!
