• Supervise daily store operations and staff.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cash handling and daily sales reports.
• Train and coach store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• At least 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
